We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Package We are not responsible for any lost or damage parcel upon delivery process as it is beyond our authorities. We are not responsible for any lost parcel upon delivery process due to wrong address provided. Refunds & exchanges Refunds or exchanges are only allowed if the items are received in a bad / damaged condition. Refunds are only in a form of store credit.

  • Returns and Exchanges
    Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwhise, the item is considered sold. To complete your return, we require a receipt / an order number / proof of purchase. If you need to return your item (the originally purchased item), send us an email at customercare@milova.my regarding your items. Our customer service team will assist on further steps. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item (the originally purchased item), send us an email at customercare@milova.my regarding your items. Our customer service team will assist on further steps. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any replacement for any other reasons.
